29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about 04/05/2013 - 20 Cropwell Drive, Pell City, employees were not protected from falling 15-feet to the ground. Luis Hernandez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315761346, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/28/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 800 Lake Vista Circle, Vestavia Hills, AL.
