29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(2)(iii): The employer used the scheduled monitoring option, and monitoring revealed employee exposures to chromium (VI) to be at or above the action level; however, the employer did not perform periodic monitoring at least every six months:  (a) Tru-Coat Plating, Inc. performed full-shift sampling for hexavalent chromium on April 24, 2007 and November 19, 2007. An employee tested above the action level for hexavalent chromium on both sampling dates (3.77 and 2.71 micrograms per cubic meter of air respectively).  The employer did not perform monitoring every 6 months following the November 19, 2007 sampling as required by CFR 1910.1026(d)(2)(iii).  No Abatement Documentation is required for this item.
