29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  Woodworking Shop:  The following extension cords were used in lieu of fixed wiring to energize various electrical equipment:        a) An extension cord that was glued to a vertical support beam was used to energize equipment such as a router table.      b) An extension cord that was wrapped around various structures on the ceiling and wall was used to energize a suspended ceiling light fixture.
