29 CFR 1910.110(f)(6)(ii):  LP gas container(s) stored outside of buildings were not in a suitable enclosure or otherwise protected against tampering:      a/ Advance Relocation/Edison NJ Site - Yard Propane Storage Area:  Propane tanks were improperly stored. 1/ Six Propane tanks were stored in a metal 9 capacity storage container that had been left open.  2/ Four additional Propane tanks were next to the storage container.   3/ The storage tanks were stored next to an electrical cable. 4/ The storage tanks were near the exit leading to the yard. Observed on/or about 4/3/2013.         The Advance Relocation & Storage of NJ DBA/Molloy Brothers Moving & Storage was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #311917777, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 31, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 185 National Rd. Edison, NJ 08817.
