A-1 Affordable was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or it's equivalent 29 CFR 1926. 501 (b) (1) which was contained in OSHA inspection # 313982605, Citation 01, Item 002, issued on 11/01/2010 with respect to a workplace located at 132 Thomas Street in Cranford, NJ.
