29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraph (A) through (D) of this paragraph: a) First Floor, Center of the Building - A superintendent and a laborer were observed walking past an electrical panel, 208 volt 30 amps. exposing them to a potential electrical shock, on or about 04/02/13. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
