Employers are required to provide fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds where the installation and use of such protection is feasible and does not create a greater hazard.    Jobsite:  a) An employee was removing planks from the south side of the building on the 4th tier of scaffolding with no fall protection  exposing employees to fall hazards of approx. 32 feet to the ground.    b)  Mason Sub-contractor was doing the same operation on the west side of the building.
