29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made: (a) East side of the building; Audi service - BDC storage room. On or about April 10, 2013, employees moving VAS 6131 lift table were exposed to crushed-against the wall hazard where sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for the equipment. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
