29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.    Jobsite:  Roof    An employee who directed the delivery of roofing materials while standing at the roof's edge with no fall protection was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 17 feet.       RGT ENTERPRISES WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1910.501 (b)(10) ON TWO OCCASIONS.  THE FIRST WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 312344641, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 2, ISSUED ON MARCH 15, 2010 WITH A FINAL ORDER DATE OF APRIL 14, 2010.   THE SECOND WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315655910, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 1, ISSUED ON JUNE 30, 2011 WITH A FINAL ORDER DATE OF AUGUST 11, 2011.
