On or about April 5, 2013, on S. Holland Road, the employer did not provide traffic control signs to warn on-coming traffic of road work ahead exposing the employees to struck-by vehicular traffic.

On or about April 5, 2013, on S. Holland Road, employees engaged in traffic control activities on a well travel road where not provided with barricades. The employees were exposed to struck-by vehicular traffic.
