(The requirements of 29 CFR 1910.134 are applicable to construction per 29 CFR 1926.103)    Farmland Foods, 200 So. 2nd St. Lincoln, NE -  On or about April 5-6, 2013 - Work areas: Coolers 5 & 6 & Blast area #2 -The employer did not identify through the use of appropriate monitoring equipment the respiratory hazards present in the work area. Contracted workers in Cooler 5, Blast area 2 and the tunnel were exposed to high levels of carbon monoxide from gas/diesel equipment operating in enclosed areas. The employer was present at the work site multiple times on April 6, 2013 during the exposure incident.
