29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: On or about 04/09/2013 at the 59 Waterville Road Construction Project, an employee was on the roof guiding the forks under the equipment being hoisted off the roof and no fall protection system was in use.
