Hunter Rd., Lewes, DE - Employees engaged in sheathing activities on a 9x12 pitch roof were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet, from the ground to the eves, and approximately 20 feet from the peak to the ground. The employees were not protected from falling by a guardrail system or personal fall arrest sysem. This violation was observed on or about April 9, 2013.
