29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:  Powder Coat and Paint Line Shop area - Employees using the 3M fresh air Hoods were exposed to inhalation, hygiene illnesses and chemical absorption hazards in that the medical evaluation procedure was not conducted before allowing the employees to wear the hoods.  29 CFR 1910.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed:   Periodic inspections of all energy control procedures for equipment such as but not limited to the Trumpf laser machines; the Mazak Tube Cutting machine; the Cincinnati Shears; the Accur-Press machines; the Ham Saw; the Burner machines; the Washer machines; and the Pacific Press Brake machine were not performed nor documented.  Employees performing servicing and maintenance operations were exposed to hazards associated with the unexpected energizing or start-up of these equipment.  29 CFR 1910.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein:   Laser Services Building - In front of the office - Simple Green Cleaner Solution in a spray bottle was not labeled, marked or tagged with the identity of the chemical.   29 CFR 1910.19(c)(1) abatement of the above violation was verified at the time of inspection, no certification is required.
