29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: a) On or about 04-10-2013 in building #11617 workshop, bottles containing chemical products which were used to clean and stain the wood materials were not labeled as to the content, such as, but not limited to, lacquer thinner, industrial cleaner #102, thereby exposing employees to health hazards.
