The material safety data sheet for the chemicals used during the service and detailing of cars was not maintained by the employer, on or about 4/11/13. Rio Bravo Auto Sales, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 663898, citation number 1, item number 4b and was affirmed as a final order on 10/23/12, with respect to a workplace located at 2931 Buford Highway, Buford, GA.
