Kane Manufacturing, Inc., 515 North Fraley Street, Kane, PA 16735, powder coating area, on or about April 11, 2013 and times prior thereto: Combustible powder coating materials were accumulating on lighting fixtures throughout the area. The lighting fixtures were not designed for Class II Division 2 locations. The lighting fixtures included but were not limited to the fluorescent lights and the Hubbell Metal Halide lights (Model # BL-A400H8). Condition created a potential fire/explosion fire hazard.
