Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a.  1721 Eastern Blvd  Mongomery, AL; On or about April 3, 2013 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards in that employees were allowed to work on a roof that was 15 feet above the ground and the roof was sloped 5:12 without being protected from falling by guardrail system, safety nets system, or personal fall arrest systems.
