29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head. a) Employees were observed on a 8:12 pitch roof, 30' above the ground, using full body harnesses attached in the front at the pelvic area as fall protection, on or about 04/09/2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date completed, method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
