29 CFR 1910.107(g)(2): All spraying areas were not kept as free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical, with cleaning conducted daily if necessary: (a) On or about 9 May, 2013 and at times prior to that date, the employer did not provide or implement a cleaning procedure and schedule for the paint booth, resulting in an accumulation of combustible material, exposing employees to a fire hazards.
