29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: In the parking lot located at 1250 SW Railroad Hwy., Hammond, LA; on or about April 9, 2013, the employer allowed an employee to use a JLG articulating lift Model T-350 without fall protection. The employee was trying to determine if the JLG would reach the light in the parking lot. The employee was at a height of approximately twenty feet
