29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports. Employees engaged in masonry work with the use of a scaffold were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet from the working platform to the ground below. The employees were exposed in that the scaffold was not completely planked.
