29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Except as required or permitted elsewhere in this subpart, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, or by any of the following means. Location: 169 Thompson St, New York, NY. a) Employer failed to ensure that electrical panels at the jobsite were protected against accidental contact. The panels were installed at height of approximately 5 ft from the floor. Employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazard; on or about 4/4/13.
