29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures. Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed so as to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures and were not mounted so there is at least 6.35-mm (0.25-in.) airspace between the enclosure and the wall or other supporting surface. The enclosures were not weatherproof in wet locations.    Shop area; a parts washer contained liquid crystal clean 142+ mineral spirits that was next to energized electrical parts, exposing employees to electrical hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  in the shop areas, energized tools and equipment were plugged into relocatable power taps creating an electrical hazard to shop employees.     a)    Shop area, next to parts washer; workers plugged a grinding wheel into an energized relocatable              power tap that was used in lieu of fixed wiring, exposing employees to electrical hazards.      b)    Shop area, between employee work stations; workers plugged portable tools, and chargers into an          energized relocatable power tap that was used in lieu of fixed wiring,  exposing employees to electrical          hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables shall be connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws.     Shop area; parts washer that had an energized junction box attached with three conductor wires that were pulled away from the strain relief, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
