29 CFR 1926.405(b)(2): All pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers: a) On or about 4/2/13 at the Brocton School update and renovation project located in Brocton, New York; in the basement above the circuit panels, there was a box (gutter or trough) with several electrical connections that did not have a cover along with (3) 4"x4" junction boxes and a 4 gang box with switches and a receptacle that didn't have covers in the same area. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED The Ahlstrom Schaeffer Electric Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314154543, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/16/10, with respect to a workplace located at 322 James Avenue, Jamestown, New York.
