29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. (A) BC Homes, 4270 Highland Meadows, Windsor, CO 80550; On and before April 12, 2013, the exposing employer allowed an employee to work from a supported scaffold wooden platform supported by a rough terrain forklift. Condition exposed one employee to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet as he worked off of the platform on the side of the new home with no fall protective measures in place.

29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment shall not be used to support scaffold platforms unless they have been specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use. (A) BC Homes, 4270 Highland Meadows, Windsor, CO 80550; On and before April 12, 2013, the exposing employer allowed a rough terrain forklift to lift a supported scaffold wooden platform which an employee then utilized as a working surface, which had not been specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use. Condition exposed one employee to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet as he worked off of the platform on the side of the new home.
