29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): There were damaged parts that could adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that were broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating: (a) At the top of the elevator at the catwalk between bin 200 and 100, an exterior light fixture was not protected from water entering the fixture that could adversely affect the safe operation. The flexible cord and fitting were wrapped with duct tape to prevent rain water from entering the fixture.

29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures: (a) In the rail load/unload shed control room, a standard (in wall) metal receptacle (outlet) box was not protected nor designed to prevent moisture or water from accumulating and entering the box. Water and condensate traveled down the wall of the control room and down the metal conduit terminated at the box causing deterioration and corrosion.

29 CFR 1917.48(a)(1): Danger zones at or adjacent to conveyors were not guarded to protect employees. (a) Directly next to the two steps down from the catwalk to the Barge tower platform, there was one return roller on the conveyor (south end) adjacent to the catwalk that was not guarded against contact and created a pinch point hazard. Cargill AgHorisons shall guard this return roller to penvent accidental contact.
