29 CFR 1926.59: An employer engaged in construction activities did not comply with the requirements set forth in Part 1910, Section 1200, Hazard Communication. The employer did not have a material safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical in use as required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Building 1277, Presidio Trust: On or about April 10, 2103, and at times prior thereto, there were no material data safety sheets available for employees using the PPG Seal Grip Universal Primer/Sealer.
