29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings, where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening was 6 feet or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches above the walking/working surface, is not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system: (a) Northeast corner of Hilton Project: On or about April 11, 2013, and at times prior, two workers were exposed to falling 19 feet and 29 feet while adjacent to unguarded wall openings on the second and third floor.
