29 CFR 1910.26(c)(2)(vi):  Ladders having defects were not marked and taken out of service until repaired by either the maintenance department or the manufacture:        (a)   American Roofing Supply, Inc. at 4550 E 52nd Ave, Commerce City, CO 80022:  On and before March 28, 2013 the employer did not mark and take out of service portable extension ladders that were damaged due to being tightly strapped down on work trucks. The ladders were used by employees at jobsites. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards when using the ladders.
