29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems.   On or about April 15, 2013, on the south side of the construction site, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 20 feet while engaged in steel framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.352(d): Suitable fire extinguishing equipment was not immediately available in the work area(s) where welding, cutting, or heating was being performed.    On or about April 15, 2013, on the south side of the construction site, the employer did not provide a fire extinguisher to the employees engaged in welding activities.  The employees were exposed to fire hazards.
