If such hazards are present, or likely to be present: a/ Casale/Garwood, NJ Site- Throughout Plant/ Dock Shipping/ Receiving Areas: The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if the hazards observed necessitated the use of personal protective equipment. On/or about March 2013 a section of the roof fell onto the Dock Shipping Receiving and Storage area. The roof was not evaluated to determine damage in other areas of the roof. The Dock area was not assessed to determine if employees walking in the area would need personal protectors should other sections of the roof fell. Observed on/or about 3/28/2013.
