The plan instructs use of a standby evaporator that does not exist, on or about 4/15/13. b) Throughout facility: The employer's emergency action plan did not provide instruction on how to preserve the air quality at the shelter in place location in the facility, such as, but not limited to, when to close windows or shut down the HVAC system, on or about 4/15/13.
