29 CFR 1926.403(h): Each disconnecting means for motors and appliances was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so that the purpose is evident: a. Kitchen Lab- two electrical panels had disconnecting means which were not marked to indicate their purposes. Stellos' Electrical Supply, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314015980, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/31/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 175 Turnpike Rd. New Ipswich, NH 03071.
