29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached), where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches (1.0 M) above the walking/working surface, is not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system:   On or about February 21, 2013-Job Site at 109-90 141 Street Jamaica, NY 11435     a) Employees exposed to falls up to 10-feet from a second floor window.     b) Employees exposed to 20-foot fall when using windows on the roof to access the roof for work without fall protection.      WRITTEN ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
