Jobsite, rooftop southwest side of structure: On or about 04/03/2013, employees were performing construction activities in close proximity to the unguarded edges of the rooftop and exposed to a fall of approximately 15 feet whereby they were not protected by a guardrail system, net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
