29 CFR 1910.176(a): Permanent aisles or passageways were not appropriately marked: (a) Throughout the Facility - On or about April 17, 2013, the employer had not maintained the marking for the aisles so that they were readily visible. The aisles were used for mechanical equipment to move loads to and from the dock areas.
