29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: Employees performing exterior paining activities at the job site of 4200 W. 83rd St., PRAIRIE VILLAGE, KS 66208, were exposed to fall hazards of 14 feet from the two (2) Z-45/25 Genie Boom lift buckets to the ground below. The employees were not wearing a harness and lanyard for fall protection. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
