29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings: At the Rig 226 drilling site located at Hedge Hog Well #1H in Brazos County, Texas, on March 28, 2013 and at times prior thereto, employees were dispensing chemicals from containers that were not labeled with hazard warnings, including combustible diesel fuel from a blue storage tank and Engine Oil, Anti-Freeze, Gear Oil, and Hydraulic Oil from skid-mounted totes. The Helmerich and Payne International Drilling Co. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 415602015, citation number 1, item number 1, instance b and was affirmed as a final order on 07/06/2012 with respect to a workplace located at J Rayes #21h, Campbellton, Texas, 78008. The Helmerich and Payne International Drilling Co. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314658220, citation number 2, item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on 01/25/2013 with respect to a workplace located at Piceance Creek Unit #296-6a5, Rig 239, Meeker, Colorado, 81641.
