29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer shall have each employee who performs work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. The training shall include the following areas, as applicable: 1) Alibi Construction / Bishkek LLC - Employees observed exposed to fall hazards on April 16, 2013 were not trained in areas such as, but not limited to, the proper installation of roof bracket and ladder jack scaffolds and the use of a personal fall arrest system while working on these scaffolds.
