29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form and scrap lumber with protruding nails, and all other debris, was kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: a) Residential jobsite roof: On April 4, 2013 and at times prior thereto, housekeeping was not maintained in the areas where employees performed roofing activities, and in the area used for access to the roof. Construction debris including but not limited to, scrap pieces of shingles, plywood, material wrapping paper and plastic were allowed to accumulate. Note) Abatement certification is NOT required for this item.
