29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures: a) 2811 W Sedgley Ave, Philadelphia, PA Employees were not protected from coming into contact with energized electrical parts operating at 120 volts. This exposed the employees to an electrocution hazard. This violation was observed on or about March 21, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
