29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about April 16, 2013 at the above address an employee and subcontractor employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20.3 feet due to the lack of fall protection. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903(d).
