29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms: a) Jobsite located at 102 13th Street, Longport NJ 08403: Company employees from Linwood Builders LLC were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet to the ground surface below when they were using a ladder pump jack scaffold that did not have guardrails on the open sides while employees were installing the siding on the residence under construction. Occurred on or about 04/17/2013.
