29 CFR 1910.23(d)(1)(iii): Stairway(s) less than 44 inches wide having both sides open, did not have one stair railing on each side: (a)P3 Line 1: Employees use a 31 inch wide fixed metal stairway with six risers to access a walkway the crosses over the P3 Line 1 conveyor. The left side stairway was not equipped with standard stair railing on both open sides in that the one side was missing an intermediate rail and the other side was missing a top rail and intermediate rail, as observed on April 17, 2013. (b)P3 Line 1: Employees use a 31 inch wide fixed metal stairway with six risers to access a walkway the crosses over the P3 Line 1 conveyor. The ride side stairway was not equipped with standard stair railing on the right side in that the stairway was missing a top rail and intermediate rail, as observed on April 17, 2013. (c)P1: Employees use a 25 inch wide fixed metal stairway with six risers to access a walkway the crosses over the P1 conveyor. The stairway was not equipped with standard stair railing on both open sides in that the both sides were missing an intermediate rail, as observed on April 17, 2013. Abatement Certification Required for this Item.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical: (a)Fleet Garage: The employer did not ensure that a 500 gallon waste oil container was labeled with the products identification or information regarding the hazards of the waste oil, as observed on April 17, 2013.
