29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system. On or about April 16, 2013 at the above address an employee was removing flashing on a commercial roof with no means of fall protection. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20.3 feet. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903(d).
