29 CFR 1926.300(a): Hand tool(s), power tool(s) or similar equipment were not maintained in a safe condition: a) Electrical Vault - A Husqvarna K760 gasoline-powered concrete saw used to cut shoring timbers was outfitted with a 12" cross cut circular saw blade suitable for cutting lumber when such a use was prohibited by the manufacturer's instructions and recommendations, on or about 04/05/2013.
