29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about April 15, 2013: (a) Employees performing roofing operations to include removal and replacing roofing materials due to storm damage were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet while working on a roofing system that had a pitch of 10 in 12, without the use of fall protection measures.
