29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    a) Residential jobsite: On April 11, 2013 and at times prior thereto employees were exposed to fall hazards ranging from 10 to 19 feet.  Employees performed sheathing activities on areas of the roof with a 6 in 12 pitch and an 8 in 12 pitch without a fall protection system in place.
