29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Protection was not provided to avoid damage to flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring which passed through doorways or other pinch points: a) 800 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA A 100 feet energized (120 volts) temporary flexible cord passing under a metal door and through a doorway from a utility room was not protected from damage, exposing the employees to an electrocution hazard. This violation was observed on or about April 4, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

This violation was observed on or about April 4, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
